Can all Seiyuu sing?

Question:Usually I find that seiyuu either have character songs out or have their own albums. I mean can they ALL sing? From what I've heard from music they have amazingly beautiful voices. What's up?Is it required in order to voice act? I'm just really curious about this.

But a lot of them can.
