Ha Player I use one now. Our singer/ guitar player plays a Taylor T3 for single acoustic sound and I add more with a Les Paul and the boss AC-3 pedal. It does sound Like a acoustic but not as good as a taylor or any other high end guitar. The AC-3 pedal combined with a good chorus effect(I use a eventide and a marshall pedal) comes pretty close to the real thing

You can probably find user reviews for this--and tons of other gear--at http://www.harmonycentral.com

I tried one out recently. It's a good pedal, most Boss stuff I've tried has been good. It doesn't sound exactly like a really good acoustic, but you shouldn't expect total fidelity from a mere mid-price stompbox. It sounds kind of like an OK semi-acoustic being played through the internal pickup. It certainly doesn't sound like a quality Spanish guitar with a mic, or anything as faithful as that.

It'll do unless you absolutely have to sound like a real acoustic, and don't own the real thing.

I tried one of them. It is pretty damn close to the real thing. Actually, it blew me away.
