Showchoir!?

Question:Okay you guys, I really need help w/ this.
We had our high school showchoir auditions all last week.
I performed the dance part of the audition, and lemme tell u , i did not do as good as i hoped.
next week i have the singing part of the audition, we have to do the following:
-pitch recall
-sight singing
-perform a 30 sec. song
I am an excellent student.I don't talk in class.I am a first soprano. I make facial expressions.I have dancing experience & i catch on really quick. but i guess my nerves got the best of me.

i want this more than i have wanted anything. please help in anyway u can. websites too ( if possible)

i honestly think that the director will understand. if you have dance experience and you are a good and well behaved student as you say you are, and you put forth your best effort always, then your director will definitely consider you. but if you go into your music audition with the attitude of "oh my gosh! i can't do this!" or "I messed up the last one what's to stop me from messing up this one?" or anything like that, you're just gonna make yourself more nervous. just go in there with a really positive attitude and a smile on your face and do exactly what you're asked to do. i guarantee the director will notice.

i love show choir! it's my favorite thing ever! you definitely want to put forth your best effort to be in this! you won't regret a second of it! break a leg!
