What can I do to make these better? Which one do you like?

Question:I kinda suck tonight...and I have to make a Haiku.
I'm usually really good at poems =(

Moon:
Lights up the night sky
Shows stars that hide in the day
Waits for the Sun.

Snow:
White blanket cover streets
Freezing all that it reaches;
Waits for its angels.

not bad....either one of them....if that's you sucking at it then you must be pretty fuc*king good on a good day.....

ever considered songwriting? you'd probably be pretty good at it.....
