A talent agent finds talented people, whose talent might be singing, or dancing, or acting, and brings them to the attention of other people like music producers and casting agents. If those people like you and think your talents would enhance their project, then they will negotiate with your agent to hire you to do whatever it is that you do.

Be confident at your audition. The talent agent wouldn't be auditioning you if you weren't good. Break a leg kid!
