I seriously doubt that any school would deny a request to take a class. As it is, most schools encourage people to take arts classes to broaden their horizons. You simply have to make an effort to get into a class. Call your administrative office and ask.

Yes, They can be taken as Electives most colleges require some kind of Fine Arts credit as a Gen. Ed. Either dance or acting should fullfill this requirement...

It's a public school so most certainly yes it does. But why wouldn't you want to major in it.

Depending on the department, they'll have classes you can take--sometimes they segregate the dance majors and non-majors. Then again, if you're good, they'll let you into any class that you can handle.

Yes, but you have to take the pre-reqs. At my school that was Intro to World Theater and Dance or Pantomime.

you can take what ever classes you want. Usually you have to take electives anyways so you can take dance for elective classes.
