Mexico make good guitars especially flamenco . Change that string open.
When you strum it open, the string should make a nice steady loop. I am sure that it woobles and hits the fret.
Another thing, you can raise the saddle 1/16th of an inch from the bridge.
Lastly, the ivory nut where the string passes at the tiop of the neck....put a tiny piece of paper in the slot where the string passes, and put the string over it. This should definitely stop the buzzing. If it does, then that means the nut needs replacement and costs roughly $1.00

Ya, it probably needs a neck adjustment.

could be the piece of bone on the neck needs replacing as it letting the A string vibrate in the groove.

do u ever tune it cuz if u dont then thats it ive been playing guitar sence i was 2.its probobly the tuning.pretty simple.do u have a tuner...if not get one and itll help a lot or you can tune it by piano.playing the notes then playing on the guitar...see if they match.

Could just be a worn string too. Is the winding on the string loose, or is it vibrating against a fret??

make sure you're storing it in a place where the humidity and temperature stays pretty constant, that will prevent neck warpage. classical guitars are much harder to fix than other guitars, neck wise, because often they don't have a truss rod.
