2[piano]?

IF U HAVE A WEBSITE FOR MEASURES OF 12/2 THAT WILL BE GREAT!
but.i really need help.im getting graded on this.
and i never learned notes nor play the piano before.[long story] but i love to sing.
and if i ask my teacher she will go nuts on me.anyway.
i need help with this measure for 12/2
can you give me different measures to write it.
theres about at least 11 measures.:

twelve counts in each measure, and the half-note gets the beat. when played or conducted, it feels like 4/4 time with each down beat grouped in three...12/2; that's a wierd time signature.
