Netflix is a good place to start. They have a number of Broadway musicals you can watch, as well as the movie versions of them.
Some of the featured musicals:
Into the Woods (1990)
Company
Oklahoma (Staring Hugh Jackman)
Cats
Victor/Victoria (the 1995 Broadway adaption as well as the 1982 movie)
Stomp - Stomp out loud
Once Upon a Matress (with Tracey Ulman)
Riverdance
Camelot (1982 version with Richard Harris)
Salaam: Bombay Dreams
Love Aint Supposed to Hurt
For Coloured Girls who have considered suicide
Pirates of Penzance (and several other Gilbert and Sullivan operettas)
Madea's Family Reunion
Follies
Passion
Jekyll and Hyde the musical
The Fantastics
Jacques Brel

There are several plans for Netflix, you pay a certain amount per month and can keep the dvds as long as you want, when your ready for another you just return it and they send you the next ones on your list. In addition, all the movie adaptations of Musicals, from Chicago to Evita to Chorus Line are also available.

I'm sure the whole thing is on YouTube in separate clips.
Did you not think to look there? Or Google video?
You will just have to take the time to look up the different scenes and songs to view each. I do it all the time. Here's Wicked:

wicked is on youtube, the entire musical... i'm not sure how exactly to find it, but it is on there...
also, you can get lucky at times and find an entire musical on there, like i have found hairspray and legally blonde, but then it gets deleted due to copy right or else need of space.

good luck! =D

In my neighborhood, the high school does lots of great Broadway musicals. The students do a great job! Maybe you should see if the schools in your area have a good drama department and perform Broadway musicals.
