Question:Like, it seems that everybody I know is a drummer,
and then everybody else is a guitarist.
What's the most common of Bassist, Guitarist and Drummer,
and least common?

I agree with the guy above me. There's a bass in my house, I can learn stuff on it easily, but I'd rather play guitar pretty much all the time. It helps to be a bassist to get into a band though, cause there are a lot less of them.

Guitarist is most common, then drummer, and lastly bass. That's from my experiences, not some stat book.

From my experience there are a load of guitarists out there they might not be that good but there are alot of them probably because its a very sought after status, I personally play guitar in a metal band i know few bassists a few more drummers, I can personally play all three you can pretty much play a bass if you can play a guitar so, but id have to say basist is least common i mean lets get real who cares about bassists for the most part unless there doing sick heavy bass slides or they can tap awesomely like the guy from dream theater............
