misread the question, i thought you were loking for Bb for some reason, anyway.

B# is a C chord.
here's how the scale works:

there's a whole step between all notes respectively except for between (B and C) and (E and F) so for instance between A and B, you have room for a sharp and flat note (FYI: A# is the same as Bb) Between the four notes I mentioned above, there is no space in beween to create an accidental note (sharp/flat) so a B# is a C and a Cb is a B. same goes for E and F. so if you know a C chord, you know a B#. and If you know a C note, you know a B# note. it seems confusing right now, but you'll get used to it, here's a link to help you out a bit. It's for Piano, but it actually makes it easier to look at and fully understand that way: http://www.musictheory.net/lessons/html/...

B sharp is the same as C natural.

there is no such thing as a B sharp, turkey.

B# is a C chord.

Go to a piano, and go one up from B, its C-hence a B# chord is a C chord...and that's pretty basic

form your B bar chord and go one fret above....thats sharp..any fingering position of any chord is one fret above for sharp, one fret below for flat...

There are no sharps between B and C therefore, B sharp would be a C

Like others said, there is no such chord as B#. It goes A, Bb, B, C, C#, etc. B7 you can play as an open fingering, but other B chords (major and minor for instance) require barre chords, starting from the second or seventh frets.

There is no B# on guitar or Fb or E#. whatever,..

B sharp is really a C note.

B7 is a chord fingered: 5th string/2nd fret, 4th string/1rst fret, 3rd string/ 2nd fret, 2nd string open and, 1rst string/2nd fret

First fret...on the second string!...might sound like "C" to everyone else though?...

B sharp is a C chord, and definitely not a B7. There isn't any chord known as a B sharp.

place your finger 5 string and the 4th fret

Well, there is no such thing technically so it must be an accidental note you are talking about. Since there is also no Cb then you play the next closest note, which is B natural.

So since you have a B# the the next closest note is a C natural.

This same concept applies to E# and Fb.
