See the link below for an online guitar tuner.

FYI, the strings of the guitar (from thickest/lowest to thinnest/highest) are EADGBE.

If you have new strings on the guitar, it is conceivable that they will go out of tune frequently as they are still being broken in. If you do not have new strings and the guitar is still going out of tune a lot, you should take it to a music repair shop as something is wrong. And while you;re there, you should consider picking up an inexpensive guitar tuner (about $20) so you do not have to be online to tune the guitar.

And in case you were wondering, an oscilloscope will not help you very much for tuning the guitar. 'Scopes measure polarity and phase in the wave forms (so they are useful if you are recording the guitar and want to see if the mics are positioned correctly) but they will not tell you what pitch is being played (which is what you are looking for).

Hey,
Try getting a new guitar.
Have you tried ebay.com?

You don't need an oscilloscope. A pitch pipe, and a good ear work fine. If your guitar goes out of tune every 5 seconds, you have a major problem. Try this in the mean time.
