Training if your best bet.

But you can't be taught how to smile with your eyes, you have to feel good standing in front of an audience and be comfortable with a camera. Best bet to get that is experience, to be yourself and have fun!

You need to take acting and dancing lessons. I want to be an actress dancer too and I just practice on my own! Good luck!
