Ahh..."Green Onions"....one of the first jazz pieces I ever played on alto.
Unfortunately, I don't think you'll be able to find it as just a sax part. I believe it only comes as part of the instrumentation for Green Onions in a jazz ensemble, or, as the conductor's score.
However, if you want the piece badly enough, you can buy the conductor's score alone and write out the sax part on staff paper for your use. You'll have to figure out if the conductors score is in concert pitch or if the parts are transposed, however.

If the score is transposed: each instrument will have a different key signature except for the instruments that are pitched in C (trombone, piano, rhythm section)
If it's in concert pitch: The key signature will be the same for all instruments.

To transpose the sax part, write the music UP a major sixth interval--9 half steps.

The first link is to the conductor's score.
The second link will be to free printable staff paper.

You could try a local instrument store that carries sheet music or try ordering it from the internet.
