Question:I have SOME talent. I can make movies.... But who can't these days, right? Also, I can write well, or so I'm told... But AGAIN, who can't these days?

Don't you hate it when someone calls themselves something like a FILM DIRECTOR only because they edited some pictures together to a song and posted up on YouTube? I hate that!

I play clarinet, and am teaching myself guitar. So i guess I'm a musician, I've been playing for 6 years. I also can write, and have had some poems published, started a novel, and am 11,000 words in, still a long way to go. I think for 15, i'm doing quite well!

I do lots of things. I act (I starred in a school musical), I sing (again the musical, but I also do some operatic stuff. I had a solo singing "Il est ne" at our concert), and most importantly, I'm a dancer. Irish Step Dancer actually. I went to the regional competition for the first time this fall and got recalled (only the top 50% get recalled after doing 2 dances, and they get to do a third and place.) It's very uncommon that dancers can do that. I placed 55th out of a competition of 116 girls, all in my age group from around the country. Our team also placed 11th overall out of 40 teams, and we qualified for nationals. That's my talent.

I am a classical pianist finishing my degree, I also play some trumpet and I am learning guitar on my own. I am recently learning how to play the organ (It is so different and challenging!!). I am a singer in the university choir and get gigues singing here and there. I dance Salsa (Casino Rueda) and taught it for 3 years and did some shows. My students (adults and children) complement me on my teaching. I compose music once in a while. I love writing stories and poems and have written some children stories in Spanish. But my strongest talent I would have to say is as a pianist & a teacher. Ttthhhat's all Folks!
