It may be a few things

1) Make sure you are using breath support! High notes need not only breath but support that breath.. Breath support is essentiall for clarinet players! If you dont know what I mean google breath support you should get some explainations / excercises

2) Check your reed! A weak reed will not help your tone! and may be the cause! Try a reed half a size higher first and if that doesn't work try a reed lower then usual! It could be that the reed you were using a few fays ago has had it in terms of playing ability! and its time to break in a new reed

4) Check your clarinet! check if there are any air going through but closing all the holes (including the end and the silver keys) and blowing through the top end.

5) Check your thumb! Quite often the thumb tends to move up while trying to reach for the high notes! Notes most often squeak when the holes aren't covered. So make sure that your thumb doesn't wander up! Try B without blowing, looking at your thumb, Practise it trying not to move your thumb up!
This is a commin beginner problem. Cover the thumb hole with your lower thumb and presss the register key with your upper thumb! The lowest note could be the playing because your thumb is not opening the register key/covering the hole.

6) Finally It could be your embouchure! You need to tighten your jaw A LITTLE when you go to the high notes

Good luck! If you mavbe no sucess talk to your Clarinet teacher! They can SEE you play as oposed to asking random strangers who don't know how you play etc

If the clarinet breaks down into 2 pieces for transport, it sounds like a leaky joint. I used to play the recorder, and that used to generate a note an octave too high if the joint wasn't perfectly airtight.

Hope this helps.

There may be something wrong with the reed or maybe it isn't installed correctly.

I only know a little about clarinet from my sister but you could have a leak or there could be something wrong on the inside of the clarinet that's causing the air to split.
If you know a place that could check it out you should take it there and have them look at it.

That sounds like an embouchure and finger problem. Generally, unwanted multiphonics such as yours result from lack of air speed or embouchure firmness, or, your fingers aren't covering the holes adequately.
I doubt it's from unseated pads, but, go pay a visit to your band director or a professional at a music shop. Heck, even ask a veteran clarinet player that you know to help.
EDIT:
If you say the tones occur when you articulate, it could be one of two things:
1) The reed is bad. Make sure it's not chipped/cracked/moldy.
2) You're not using enough air pressure. Don't pinch the embouchure, use air speed/pressure. So..in short....BLOW!
3) Still, remember to make sure your fingers cover all the holes with adequate pressure.

Not sure?...but when I was at school!...the music teacher was always telling us to blow our 'recorders' with the same power as talking!...in other words we were always blowing too hard...not sure if this is usefull or not with a clarinet?...But...

No you just suck
