How can i find the make and model of an old saxophone from paris?

Question:The make should be engraved on the front or the side of the sax- sometimes both (My old sax has Carl Fisher on the front, they imported it. On the side it says Buffet-Crampon). There should also be a serial number, usually on the back by the thumb hook.

Check the maker's website. They might be still marketing it. If not then check on Ebay.
