I don't know the BEST one, but i do know some. American Art Theatre Actors Workshop Acting classes for the first time & professional actor. 8 Week semesters based on technniques of Stanislavski, The Group Theatre & The Actors Studio, . I Dont Know About Long Isla.....But I kno There is 1 in Manhattan around time square called Tv Acting Studio....Its A really good acting school............
