Position:Home>Performing Arts> When Justin Timberlake sings high parts is that considered Falsetto or something

Question:Yes, that is truly falsetto.
Which, by the way, is a singing attribute of the male voice specifically. It would take a very strong argument on the basis of speech pathology to argue a female falsetto range (ESPECIALLY for a soprano.) I have heard of the term "whistle tone" for sopranos. I know nothing of its pedagogy, but I think of Mariah Carey or Linda Eder's extremely high passages when I hear it.
