Middle, Ring and Pinky on D, G,and B strings.
Index on High E.

It's a tweaker but it can be strummed.

That looks like a straight stab because an arpeggio would have the numbers spread out to the right. Player discretion is hinted at though, theyre just to show you what frets and strings are involved.
