Is there dialogue in The Nutcracker?

The story is told through musical scores, composed by Tchaikovsky, and through the mimes of the characters. There is no actual dialogue where people speak. But a great play nonetheless!!

No. The story is told through music and dance. Some companies have done versions with dialogue, but that isn't the traditional ballet.
