What I admire?
A player who knows their instrument inside and out and expresses the music to the fullest of their abilities. I would rather listen to a skilled player who can emote rather than a preferred instrument with player who doesn't express themselves.

Uilleann pipes (the Irish bagpipe), piano, harp (also Celtic harp), recorders (all sizes!), quena, etc. I have too many to list them all here!

Clarinet, Oboe, Tenor Sax, or Piano. If they are played well it sounds fantastic!
