The Ibanez AEB10E is good. It goes for $350. None of them sound like much acoustically because the body is just too small - but plugged in they can sound really good - just watch out for feedback. I didn't like the strings on mine, so I put on some flat-wounds and it sounds just like a stand-up bass.
