Question:I'm auditioning for my school's production of High School Musical tomorrow. (Yeah. No comments there, please.) Lol. We have to sing pop-style songs.

Does anyone have suggestions of good sings I could sing that catch attention and show off a voice? I'm an alto.

My favorites are
"You raise me up" by Josh Groban
"I will always love you" by Whitney Houston
"Fighter" by Christina Aguilera
"Tommorrow" from Annie
"My heart Will Go On"by Celine Dion
"No Good Deed" From Wicked
but these are some pretty hard songs to pull off.

Try any of Vanessa Hudgen's songs! Like Never Underestimate a Girl or Say okay! I LOVE THOSE songs and she IS from HSM so maybuh it would help. Or Try any of Ashley Tisdale's songs like He Said She Said. Oh, yeah and try ANY of Paula DeAnda's song like Walk Away (especiallY!)
