Position:Home>Performing Arts> Does anyone know where I can find the fingering for F flat/E sharp?

Question:Do a web search with the name of your instrument plus "fingering chart".

Since we don't know what instrument (or what register) you're talking about, we can't give you a more specific answer.

no

Well, you're gunna have to tell us the instrument first. . . . . .
and besides and E sharp is an F, there is no F flat because E to F is only a half step, not a whole step.

No such thing. There's no E sharp, or F flat. When you move a half step from E, that would already be F. There's no half step between them. If you know how to do an E chord, just move half a step up (of course barring all the strings in the first fret), and that's you're F.

You didn't say for what instrument, so I'm assuming that you mean guitar.
Go to google and type in this : Scales for the guitar, here you will find lots of links you can go to and find scales. F flat is an E, and E sharp is an F !!!!!!! They don't really call them that, they would usually call the F flat an E, and the E sharp an F.....this is done by moving a half step on the fingerboard !!!!!!!!!!

F flat is another name for E, so the fingering will be the same as for E.

E sharp is F, so use the usual fingering for F.
