the strings between the bridge and thing silver thing on the left makes noises when i strum the guitar. it sounds like a harp or like crystal noises. what do i need to adjust to fix it?

It sounds like harmonic resonance. I mean, the guitar strings are vibrating on both sides of the bridge, which is not appropriate. You need to adjust the bridge so it touches each string at its node, the point on the string that doesn't vibrate when plucked. There are 6 tiny screws on the bridge that let you adjust where it contacts each string.

You may want to bring your guitar to a shop where they have proper tuning equipment, and have an expert adjust it.

Take it somewhere like the Guitar Center or Sam Ash....they have guitar Dr's who will be able to tell you exactly what the problem is....if you mess with this on your own you may mess it up.....it shouldn't cost to much to have an adjustment made better safe then sorry, good luck !!!!!!!!
