hey! i had stage fright too! if you can turn your adrenalin into positive excitement, you might be OK. try singing with someone else until you grow a little. take lessons and give small recitals at home or the teachers house.

i heard the old one about imagining everyone in the audience are in their pajamas.

go on american idol and then ull know what to do from there.

umm..wen i joined my choir last 2005 i was like rily nervous in front of tons of pipol..then we just had alot of performances like concerts and going to places and i got over it...

Well start off small like answering questions in class and presenting things like that and when you feel ready go for the big stuff. trust me starting off small makes it easier for you later and im sure you have a great singin voice. :)

Stage fright for a performer is a very real and sometimes debilitating affliction. If you are really serious about a singing career then I would suggest that you beg your parents to do some research and find a really good hypnotherapist to help you get over it.

It's not going to happen. Lets be realistic here.

if u really want to sing through the heart..u shoud sing with all confidence . and think on stage that" the odiance is not good as me" it will give u anew strenge.good luck
