For the rest of the day and most of the day tomorrow, do not talk or whisper. Write everything down. Drink warm water. Take allergy medicine or anything that clears up flem. I have heard gargling with Ceyenne pepper and hot water can clear things up. Othwer wise, drink lots of hot tea with lemon and honey. Then, for at least one or two hours before your performance. Warm UP! Sing correctly. At first, it will sound bad still, but just keep singing. It will clear up if you keep singing correctly. Also, before warming up a good cardio workout will get the lungs moving. The more air you breath, the better off. After your warm up, sing your song over and over until it sounds right. Then, shut up again until your performance. Do not yell at all. Break a leg!

Pseudoephidrine. You can ask a druggist for it - they don't have it on the shelves anymore but it's not prescription.

Gargling with salty water also helps. Avoid dairy products. And no Chloraseptic!
