You don't just become famous you usually have to study for years and then have a talent that makes people sit up and take notice. Start by studying everything that you can in your talent, study voice, music theory, etc. Do everything that you can if your still in school, join the choir, try out for the plays, their usually musicals, and then go to college and study voice !!! For now why not make a video on youtube, if your good people will notice, and in the forum you'll get to see what other people think.....If you have a special something some how some where you'll get noticed !!!!! It takes most people years of rejections, tryouts, and disappointments before they make it....so if this is really for you, and you have talent, who knows....try doing parties for your friends for free, do everything that you can to make yourself know, and if it's meant to be it will be, good luck to you.....if you have what it takes, talent, perseverance, and luck who knows, time will tell.

first you look beyond becoming famous...a lot of things beyond talent determine who becomes famous. that's when you have to determine what fame...or success for that matter...means to you. does that mean stadium concerts? chart topping singles? cause if so you better have some really cheesy conventional songs with typical love-song lyrics.

if you love to sing and you love to write and play music then do it regardless of becoming famous. do it for yourself.

Become a duo. Start recoding your songs /demo CDs. Save your money and get jobs to do it. Enter as many talent contents as you can too. That is a great way to get more band exposure too. Good luck
