Transpose to your vocal range - first off.
I would say look to broadway musicals.
i like Eliza Doolittle's " wouldn't if be lovely' from "" My Fair Lady" This is a tune it is really hard Not To Like. You can find it on youtube.
I'd also consider " just you wait" from the same musical.

You could do something from Mary Poppins, or Sound of music. I'd thnk.... ' Rogers & Hammerstein"
Why....because it is very likely the judges will be of an age where they grew up with all of these, and they already love them. ... in other words, play to the judges to improve your chances.
