I want to send my resume to someone on there, and I am interested in singing and acting, but I don't know where to get started? I just need help putting it together.. any advice?

You will need to list your education, in reverse chronological order. Then, acting experience, including roles, company, and dates in reverse chronological order, other stage experience, including crew, with company and dates in reverse chronological order. Significant awards, honors or memberships (including union) in the next section. References follow that. Make sure you ask your references if it is OK to include them.
