Truss rod question?

fret buzz is often a nut or bridge problem I wouldn't fool with the truss rod.

don't mess with it unless u know what your doing u can seriously mess your guitar up

loosen it. tightening straightens it. 1/4 turn per day until desired bow is reached.

Kyle is right, but buzz can be caused by other things - especially string height at the bridge and nut. Try heavier gauge strings first - they might pull the neck back to where it was set.
