just play it through at home/practice. if you can do it at practice, then you can definitely do it anywhere else! :)
and besides, think how you'll feel after you are done. It'll be wonderful to accomplish something so great!

well first offf i would take a few breaths before you get up there. and its REALLY important to reassure yourself that everythings going to go fine. just tell youself how much youve practiced and that you are COMPLETELY ready to do this! when u get out there try not to look to closely at any of the audience members because it might make you a little nervous, just smile and whatever, and then PLAY YOUR PIECE! while playong, if you get nervous, just think about how welll your doing, and the ENORMOUS amount of applause youll hear at the end! you can do it! hope this helps

Take some easy breaths. Reassure yourself. Do a little practice run before if thats possible. Stay calm and take it slow. Always keep up with the tempo but make sure you don't mess up. Thats not what they want. They want it played nicely. You can do that! Im sure you'll do great.

Keep focused on what you're playing: try not to make mistakes, and avoid faltering in between. But, hey, even if you do, who's to know better?? A note or two won't get noticed, unless you stop, start again, or apologize. So (duh) don't do any of those...look as though nothings wrong, and just continue.
If making eye contact gets to you, and you're facing your audience and can see them, then don't make eye contact. Plus, practice a lot. If you know your piece well, you will be more confident of what you are about to play.
If it makes you feel any better, although I've been in front of an audience several times I get nervous on stage every time...!

Practice as much as possible, try to be as relaxed as you can, but it will probably take many times playing in front of people before you becme really comfortable, for me this took about a year, because I only played in front of people once or twice a month.
