Faster piece: "Shout" by the Temptations
Classic piece: "Mr. Sandman"
Vocal Jazz piece: "Pick Up the Pieces" or "Jump, Jive, and Wail"

Try researching professional male acapella groups and look into some of their arrangements for inspiration. Chapter 6 and Rockapella are my two favorites.
