If you have to learn a difficult solo work by December (and your January performance,) try any of the Carl Maria von Weber pieces:
1. Concertino
2. Concerto #1
3. Concerto #2

All of Weber's music lies well on the clarinet and the melodies are infectious, hence easier to stick in one's mind.

Try "Concertino," as it is the shortest. Or you can play a single movement from either concerto (movements 1 and 3 sound the most impressive.)

Every music store in the country stocks Weber's works. Or, you can order online www.luybenmusic.com. This store specializes in clarinet music and they have a helpful staff to answer questions.

Good luck!

Depends on your level
Mozart, Weber, Finzi, Hindemith, Stamitz and Copland all have Clarinet concertos. You could also try Brahms Sonatas (Op120?) Lefevre sonatas, Schumann fantasy pieces, Finzi bagatelles Try and go to a music store that only sells sheet music and have a browse! I don't know what level you are so it is VERY hard to recommend music. Ask your Clarinet teacher she/he is the best judge of level of your playing!
