Question:Im 13 and I want to learn to play the electric guitar. What models would you reccamend? (I have heard that Squire is a good choice but im really confused) Since im the person buying it, id like to keep it under $300, the reason im so confused is that some people are telling me to pay up for a nicer model ($600-$1200) but some are telling me to buy a package for $200-$300. What do you guys (or girls) reccamend buying?

go to a guitar store in your area and ask them ... they should be able to set you up pretty well ... if it's your first guitar and you are paying for it I would keep it cheap (like $200-$300) as you don't really know how much you are gonna get into it yet ... after playing for a couple years and becoming alot better then go out and start upgrading your guitar and amp and all that

if your a beginner then get the squier pack its like 280 go to musiciansfriend.com and look

go to guitarcenter.com its all your guitar needs!! lol

start with a squire and once you like playing look at a used American Telecaster or Mustang and once you are rich look at a new or used American Strat of Les Paul

the.fender.sqiure..is..85.00.plus.shippi...

DO NOT reapeat do not buy a 600-1200 that would be a huge waste and way to expensive
i would recommend a squire
great beginners guitar
