    An orchestra

Ensemble. Orchestra usually refers pretty specifically to the types of instruments involved. Band is more generic. But "ensemble" works for all occasions.

    hi,
they tend to be called orchestra. if they have less that forty members they are called chamber orchestra. If it is the full size orchestra (100 or around there) they are called symphony orchestra or never a philharmonic orchestra.
    hope that helps

Depends on the Instrumentation. If the group is largely Winds, Reeds and percussion, It would be a Band. If it is largely Strings, Orchestra, Both, Symphony or Symphony Orchestra. A medium to large group could also be called a consort, or a congregation. (not just a religious term) Hope this helps.

What type of musicians? Like an instrumental group is called a band or orchestra. A group of singers is a chorus or choir. If it is a mix of things, it can be called a ensemble. I hope that helps!!!

A bunch of deadbeats who don't want to get a real job.
