Does anyone know any good Performing Arts, or Music colleges in New York City?

Question:My dream is to become a Singer. Not a Lawyer, Doctor, or Teacher. A Singer, and I've been trying to find a great college, or school in New York City that might be able to help me accomplish this dream but I haven't had any such luck yet, so can anyone please help me???
