Ovation. not sure of any specific model.

First of all you didn't say what your budget was....and are you a beginner....???? All this makes the world of difference. If your just a beginner I wouldn't start out spending a fortune....you may not like it or have the talent for it, not everyone who wants to play can....for a beginner I would recommend an inexpensive Yamaha, for about $200.00....if you have a larger budget, a Gibson, Fender, Taylor, or Martin would be nice. There are so many guitars on the market today....I don't think anyone but you can make the decision on which brand to buy...go to a guitar store and try them all, that is all the brands that you like that are in your budget. If you can't take someone with you who knows how to play guitar just finger the notes and make sure that the action is good and that there are no buzzes....then get one of the clerks to play it for you so that you can get an idea of how it sounds....good luck to you....remember that most stores have a 30 day return policy....so take it home and make sure that this is the guitar for you, if not take it back and try again....I've done this as much as three times in one month....guitars do sound different in the store !!!!!!!!!

It really depends on your budget.
Ibanez acoustics are pretty good for the buck.
I'm talking about the Ibanez acoustic/electric guitars here.

Yamaha is making some nice quality lower end guitars now. Seagull is another very popular lower end acoustic. These are good values. It's a good time to be in the market for quality starter guitars because with all the Korean and Chinese imports they have very competitve quality with much more expensive guitars. There's not really any wrong answer. Try out enough guitars so that you find out what YOU like.
