Question:I've never actually taken piano, but I know the notes and I'm ok at sight-reading. Any ideas? I think i struggle with hand memory.

It's easy to learn, and even better if you are good at sight-reading (a lot of people who are okay at some instruments are terrible at it!) I would suggest getting an adult learning piano book, there are actually quite a few teach-yourself ones. Then maybe after that you could get some simple music that you like. If you are good at sight-reading then you will probably be fine learning by yourself.

Buy a how-to book and teach yourself.

Piano for dummies! Or get a student piano teacher to teach you. Since they are new they charge less!
