Drink lots of warm liquids. And keep doing diffrent warm ups! I am getting over a cold myself, and at the beginning of choir today, I could barely reach an F, but by the end of the day, I was hitting high C's!

Rest your voice as much as possible; like limit your talking. I know you want to practice and all, but just take it easy. It would be no good to overdue the practicing and sound raspy - better to have a good sounding tone.
Don't drink milk products; they encourage the production of phelm (sorry if I spelled that wrong). Stick to water as your drink of choice to hydrate you. Colas, coffee, and other caffiene products are known to dry out the vocal cords as well. And chicken soup is a cure-all! Good luck.
