Is San Fransisco a good place to start your acting career?

Question:I might be moving from Southern IL to San Fransisco, and i wanted to start my Acting career here but then when i found out i might be moving to San Fransisco I decided i would wait until i go to acting school there.Is it one of the best places you can start your acting career?what are some of the great acting schools there?Do you think I have a good chance?

It's a bit far from where hit TV show's take place 3-6hour drive maybe 1 or 1/2 hour flight.. I'd say Beverly Hills or a nice area in the San Fernando Valley, Like Woodland Hills. I used to live in Woodland Hills where I saw Kim Kardashian and her family, Mo'Nique(twice), Gabrielle Union, Queen Latifah, Fobbio, the kid from Haunted Mansion, and alot more, I just forgot about them, it's one of those things where There's too many too remember.

Because in show biz, you either go big or stay home. Try the Big Apple.

ACT ; American Conservatory of Theatre is in SF. It may not be the BEST place, but certainly opportunities exist.
