Which bass amp?

Question:Ampeg BA-115 or Ampeg BA-115T?
The 115T has a tube preamp, but costs $449, while the tubeless 115 is only $349. Is it worth the extra hundred bucks to get the T?

Most people can't tell the difference - turn down the treble and it sounds like a tube pre. A bass amp is all about the wattage. The Ampeg BA115 is only 100 watts. A Behringer BXL3000 is 300 watts for $70 less.

tube amps r supposed to be better

GO WITH THE TUBES!!!!!!!!!! if you don't your wasting your money and might as well buy a 50$ drive amp
