I just witnessed this problem a few days ago. Definitely use the mouth piece puller. You could also try running it under warm water because metal with expand in heat.

I played (I miss it sooo much) clarinet and we just have to twist slowly and you should probably use the grease stuff.

turn it over and shake
if it's being stubborn
hit it

Better there than your butt.

Your band director will have a mouthpiece puller. See him/her for help.

DO NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE ABOVE PERSONS!!!! TERRIBLE DAMAGE WILL OCCUR IN BOTH CASES!!!!

This happens occasionally. You need a mouthpiece puller to take it out properly. Your local music store repair shop should have one and get it out for you no problem. Do not try to get it out by yourself! Using a wrench or a vice will damage the instrument and the leadpipe.

Go to your band director. He/She should have someting that can pull your mouthpiece out the right way. Don't make more problems for youself by trying to bang it out or pull on it really hard.
