I just got braces: I play trumpet and its hard now, would tuba be less painful?

Question:My daughter has braces and plays trumpet. It took her a couple of weeks to adjust, but now has no probs. Just stick it out!

You should stick with the instrument you already play, after a couple of weeks you won't even notice the braces.

Ever consider the piano? Percussion? Strings? How about the Harp?
