Question:If a girl were to play tenors or bass in drumline and were attractive, would that boost her popularity (or something like that) or is it just weird that a girl is on drumline?

nope! i think its cool! i've always wish to be in drumlne but too bad i do not like the discipline system.. haha.

btw, if that girl want to play to boost her popularity, then why play.. play if you really want/love music. and band.
