Call the guitar center, they have an expert there....I'm not sure what days that he's there so call to find out.....I have an 1935 -1940 Gibson, the big body one that has the F holes in it's body, it was originally an acoustic and my Father cut holes in it to make it electric.....I lost about $30,000.....because otherwise it's in perfect shape, I could cry every time that I think of this....and you just reminded me....I think this weekend I'm going to take it and have it evaluated to see what it's worth now :( P.S. I wish you would have told us the name of your guitar ????
