Question:I been thinking lately about my life. My life is a haiku. It has lots of ups and downs. I like having fun. I like going to the movies and hanging out with friends. i also like to skateboard and like to play the gutair

Not sure what you mean by 100 words. A haiku us 5 syllables, 7 syllables, then 5 syllables. Rhyming is not necessary.

Your haiku would be:
Hanging out with friends,
Skateboarding, movies, and fun
Are what I enjoy

(It's the best I can do. Poetry is not my thing.)

I've never seen a haiku with 100 words...are you sure it's a haiku you're supposed to write?
