Question:I have a newish b.c rich balck guitar but the head stock is a plain wood finsh would my local guitar shop paint it and how much?
Also change all the screws and pick ups how much?(ok quality) and what kind of bridges can i put on it it is a bolt on bridge? thanx

yes they can do that, the painting must be between 20 and a 100 dollars, at least in my country(argentina) is about that price. but i recommend you to look for a real luthier as he will give you your guitar back as well as new

yes, that's very basic. don't know where you're from but that can be done. they can even change your guitar to a bass guitar if you want. hehe.

Yes, they can do all that. However, you might come out cheaper if you just sell the thing and go on ebay and buy for cheap a guitar that is already mostly the way you want it to be.

Note: we don't know the quality of work that your local guitar shop does, but few of them can match the quality of a factory paint job IMO. For swapping out pick-ups and tuners, not a concern.
