Is woodwind & Brasswind a good store to buy off of?

Question:I just found a new bass clarinet there that I'm going to buy if it is a good store. I've never heard of it, and If I have to keep playing the school horn I'll go insane. Plus I need one of my own for college next year.

Woodwind and Brasswind has a very good reputation and a good return policy if you are not satisfied with the instrument. Since I do not know the specific instrument you are looking for, I can't tell you whether or not you are getting the "very best deal" but sometimes it isn't really about that. You want an instrument that has been inspected before if leaves the shop, that will be reliable, and that will be replaced if it gets to your house in anything less than stellar condition. WW and BW will do that for you. Best of luck with your purchase.

I could never work out what 'off of' means. Still don't know. Do you mean to buy from.??? Off of, does not make sense and is not good English.
